We just underwent a big renovation project on our row house downtown. We initially hoped to begin the project two years before it actually was able to start. The city permit process took a lot longer than we originally anticipated and was quite the adventure in itself. Two years later, the project was set to begin in mid Winter. We were bumping out the back of the house on three levels.
