Commercial steel buildings and how to learn the basics
The first step in the construction process is to pour the foundation on a graded and level section of ground. If you prefer not to pour a full floor, then pour piers, or square pads, where you intend to place your support columns. These pads should be sized to properly contain the anchor bolts that will hold the building's support columns in place. Next, you will erect the support columns by fastening them to the anchor bolts in the foundation. You then raise and fasten the rafters to the tops of the support columns and attach your roof purlins and wall girts to the rafters and support columns.
